【皈依典禮報名資訊】Ceremony of Taking Refuge in the Three Jewels – Registration Info
请详阅报名注意事项：
- 网络报名已经关闭，请于 31/05/2026 (星期日) 早上 9：15am 之前，在道场的知客处线下报名。
- 至于早前的网络报名者，收到报名资料后，将于30/05/2026 发出行前通知。
- 若超过上述预计时间仍未收到通知，请主动致电主办单位查询：法鼓山 03-7490 2298 / 03-7490 2299。服务时间: 9:30am～6:00pm。
- 因故退出皈依典礼者，敬请提早通知，恕不接受转让名额予他人。
- 如有任何讯息布达，法鼓山将以电邮（[email protected]）通知。若没收到，请先检查您的电邮中的 spam 或 junk email。
- 皈依典礼全程使用中文进行，若需要英文翻译，可在报名表格注明。
- 请穿着有袖上衣及宽松长裤，以方便皈依行仪。
- 皈依者需全程参与三皈五戒开示，及授皈依仪程，始算正式皈依。若未全程参与皈依仪式者，不发皈依证。
- 皈依典礼之后，请到接待处领取皈依证。
- 随喜供养三宝，护持建设道场，打斋供众。（方式：点击查看 ）
Important Notes:
1. Currently, online registration has been closed. For walk-in registration on 31/05/2026 Sunday, please visit our Reception right before 9:15am.
2. For previous online registered participants, the confirmation email will be sent on 30/05/2026.
3. If you do not receive the email, please contact DDM at 03-7490 2298 / 2299.
4. If you are unable to attend, please kindly inform us in advance. Please note that registered slots cannot be transferred to others.
5. All updates will be sent via email ([email protected]). Please check your spam folder.
6. The ceremony will be conducted in Mandarin. English translation is available upon request.
7. Please wear loose-fitting clothing (long pants and T-shirt) for ease of participation.
8. Participants must attend the full ceremony, including the Dharma talk on the Three Jewels and Five Precepts, to receive the Refuge Certificate.
9. Certificates can be collected at the Reception Area after the ceremony.
10. Offerings to the Three Jewels and support for the building fund are welcome.
