Our Activities
Every Friday, 8:00pm – 10:00pm.
Come join us on Friday for 2 hours of group practice. It’s a wonderful way to unwind after a productive week. Everyone including beginners and practitioners with experience in meditation is welcome. Activities include moving meditation, silent sitting and Dharma discussions. Meditation cushions and towels will be provided. The sessions are free of charge and donations are welcome.
Information for upcoming group practice will be posted here when available.
Note to beginners:
Although the methods of meditation are simple and straightforward, it is best to practice them under the guidance of a teacher. Without a teacher, a meditator will not be able to correct beginner’s mistakes, which if uncorrected, could lead to problems or lack of useful results. Kindly give us a call a day before if you come for the first time.

You might find that our simple actions and interactions with other people often result in vexations.
